Yoga for Beginners

We offer three Beginners' yoga classes each week:

  • Mondays, 7pm - Yoga for Beginners
  • Wednesdays, 7pm - Vinyasa for Beginners
  • Thursdays, 6pm - Yoga for Beginners 

Our Beginners' Yoga classes are suitable for people who are completely new to yoga as well as those with some experience

With a strong emphasis on body-sensitive alignment, our classes provide the perfect foundation for developing a solid yoga practice.

Our experienced instructors will guide you through each asana (posture) and pranayama (breathing exercise), helping you gain a deeper understanding of yoga and its numerous benefits.
