Hatha Yoga

We offer two Hatha Yoga classes each week:

  • Thursdays, 8:30pm (Hot Hatha Flow)
  • Fridays, 6:15am (Early Morning Hatha Vinyasa Flow)

These are multi-level classes, adaptable for beginners and suitable for more experienced yogis. The Hot class in particular may be very challenging for anyone who is new to yoga.


Hatha Yoga focuses on linking poses and mindful movement (asana) with breathing techniques (pranayama). This is a slower practice than more flowing styles. Holding poses helps to build strength and resilience, while we focus on our breath to keep calm and steady.
