Hot Pilates

We offer one Hot Pilates class:

  • Saturdays, 12pm - limited run, see below for dates

Suitable for those with no previous experience. This will be a challenging class, so a good level of fitness is strongly recommended.


Hot Pilates is a high-intensity, low-impact full-body workout using Pilates principles
