Restorative Yoga

We offer two Restorative Yoga classes each week:

  • Fridays, 10am (Gentle Yoga)
  • Fridays, 8:15pm (Restorative Yoga)

These are multi-level classes, adaptable for beginners and suitable for more experienced yogis


Restorative Yoga offers a gentle and grounding practice designed to restore your body, mind, and spirit. Utilizing very slow movements and deep relaxation techniques, our sessions aim to soothe and calm you, providing a rejuvenating experience.
