Sound Bath & Yoga Nidra

We offer one Sound Bath & Yoga Nidra evening each month, usually on the last Friday. Please see the 2025 schedule and booking links below.

These events are suitable for all, no experience necessary.
Peter & Sinéad share their special fusion of immersive healing through resonant sound therapy and deeply restorative guided meditation

What to bring:
- A yoga mat
- A comfortable, warm blanket
- A pillow (or two, especially if you have known back issues)
- Wear warm socks
- A bottle of water
Your comfort is important during the Sound Bath & Yoga Nidra. Please arrive 10 minutes before the start to get settled in. Try to avoid eating for at least one hour before the event. You should drink plenty of water throughout the day to replenish and prepare your body for the healing ahead
