We offer six Vinyasa Flow classes each week:
- Mondays, 8:15pm (Hot Vinyasa Flow)
- Tuesdays, 8pm (Flow with Intention*)
- Wednesdays, 10am (Stretch & Flex*)
- Wednesdays, 7pm (Beginners)
- Wednesdays, 8:15pm (Improvers)
- Fridays, 7pm (Vinyasa Flow*)
* These are multi-level classes, adaptable for beginners and suitable for more experienced yogis
