Embodied Yoga Flow

We offer one Embodied Yoga Flow class each week:
- Tuesdays, 8pm
Embodied yoga encourages students to look inwards at how yoga feels in their bodies rather than focusing on achieving textbook poses.
Each class will include pranayama (breath work) to bring you into the present moment and deepen your connection to your physical body. Embodied yoga flow is a full-body moving practice, with each week encouraging you to show some love to a different part of your body.
Through mindful movement, breath and awareness, embodied yoga invites you to move with curiosity rather than judgement, honouring your body as it is each day. Classes will offer opportunities for choice, exploration and rest, helping you build strength, stability and mobility, along with a deeper sense of connection with yourself both on and off the mat.
